Equestrian Kait has shared a selfie taken in her parents’ bathroom several years ago – where she can be seen accompanied by her horse.The snap shows Kait stood in front of a mirror with her four-and-a-half foot 1,000lb horse Tucker, 25, by her side.
Kait took the selfie after deciding Tucker’s relaxed attitude made him the perfect candidate for her scheme.It was taken when Kait was home from university in the US, while her parents were at work for the day.To get Tucker into the bathroom, Kait had to lead him through the garage and into the kitchen, and then through the living room.
Kait said she put four hoof boots on the horse “so he wouldn’t get the floor dirty”.She told Mashable: “He wasn’t scared or anything, he walked in like he was walking into a regular barn.”Although she sent the image to her mum straightaway, she didn’t tell her dad about the hilarious stunt for two years.
Tucker was reportedly in the house for around five minutes, Kait said: “Just long enough to go in, take pictures, and leave.”In a follow-up tweet after her initial post, Kait revealed Tucker isn’t the only animal she has taken inside for a bathroom selfie.
She followed her tweet up with pictures of a miniature horse she brought “into the kitchen for treats”.Explaining what made her want to take the snaps, Kait said: “I wanted some really funny selfies that no one had ever seen before.”Twitter users have come out in droves to laugh with Kait about the hilarious selfie.
